Breast Cancer Outreach Aided by Rally For the Cure Golfers

Breast Cancer Outreach Aided by Rally For the Cure Golfers

Each October, the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation promotes their golf edition of "Rally for the Cure benefiting cancer study to eliminate the disease," and every year nationwide, women and men tee it up for a great cause.  As a promise from one sister to an additional one sister fighting this disease, Rally for the Cure is a living tribute on what one man can start.

Ribbon Colors For Cancer Awareness

On any give day during the month of October, golfers with their usual enthusiasm for the game of golf go one step added in the retention of this promise. While ladies have varied memories in respect to other women's golf tournaments, they all share a desire to contribute to the fight against breast cancer. This is not just about the golf but a bigger calling since the money raised annually is given in  the name of the Komen Foundation.

The pink color that's associated with the flamingos of Florida, will appear to tour about the golf courses. The pink women's golf clothing worn by a number of the tournament players will for real contrast sharply with the green of the fairways.  It's all about the pink during the month of October.  The Pink Ribbon is the signature that every person can divulge to for Breast Cancer.  We proudly wear our pink ribbon pins that are given away in goodie bags over the nation.  We wear those pins in solidarity to fight a disease that will touch 1 in 8 of us.

The money collected with the help of all the tournaments, and the associated fundraising efforts, promise to help hasten the discovery of a cure for breast cancer. It offers insurance to the women currently dealing with breast cancer, and a commitment that condition professionals stand ready to heed their varied requests for help. Portions of the proceeds could also come to be ready to organizations that seek to enhance the public's awareness of breast cancer issues.

Tee it up for a great cause!
